How We Create Your Invisalign Plan
Upon coming for your Invisalign consultation with Dr. Rahimi, he and our team will take a 3D scan of your teeth in order to correctly map out any alignment issue you may have in order to have it properly adjusted. After the scan is finished, we will then send the scan to Invisalign who will then proceed to create your custom made aligners. Once you receive your first set of aligners you will wear them for about two weeks before switching to the next set of aligners. In order to have a proper assessment of your smile progress, you will need to visit our orthodontic office for check ups.
The Smile Process
Dr. Rahimi will meet with you and discuss any concerns you may have. He will then proceed to see if Invisalign is a good fit for you.
Our team will then proceed to take a 3D scan of your teeth to send it off to the Invisalign lab.
Dental Road Map
A dental road map of your teeth will then be created by our orthodontist that will track the adjustment of your smile.
Your aligners will then be made using the most advanced technology that allows them to fit snug over your teeth with enough pressure to start aligning them to the desired position.
You will receive your first set of aligners and wear them for two weeks before switching over to the next set that will apply more pressure to make another minor correction.
You will visit with Dr. Rahimi about every two months in order for him to check that the treatment process is going as planned.
At our Plano orthodontic office, we are both very experienced and able to solve even the most complicated of orthodontic issues. We take pride in doing our best and staying on top of your dental care to prevent any problems before they even start. If you have a minor issue or a dental emergency, we are able to get you smiling quickly and with ease. Make sure to contact us for a consultation!
